Well, unfortunately you really can't trust many people in your life. 3. Should an attacker come up from behind you and grab you around the neck or waist, you need to raise your arms straight up in the air, and go very limp. Your body will become much heavier to him this way. Drop to the ground and then try to run.

4. If you are on your back, on the ground, your best option here is to use your legs to maneuver and to inflict pain. Your legs are very strong. Use them.

5. Did you know it only takes 12 pounds of pressure to take a knee out? Especially a knee that is locked straight...takes even less  pressure. Using your foot or even a forearm, you can apply that much pressure.
