Rental Agreement Contract with Feel Safer Now in Asheville, NC
I hereby agree to follow the rental agreement exactly as it is written here. When you rent an item, you must stipulate one of the following terms: _______1 Week Rental -or- _________2 Week Rental SHIPPING /RETURNS: If you are renting an item from us, it will be shipped to you at once. Your rental term will begin on the day that UPS shows the item was delivered to your home or business. You in turn must return the item to us so that it arrives back to us within 4 days from when your rental has ended. In example, if your rental ends on Wednesday the 1st, we must receive the item back on or before Thursday the 4th. You will be responsible to ship it to us, and to have a tracking system for the package. Should we not receive the package back in the 3 day allotted time frame, you will be charged for another week of rental use. NON RETURN: If an item is not returned to us within the 1 or two week contract period, we will assume that you wish to keep the item, and we will consider it sold to you. You will not be refunded any money for any reason. CONDITION: When an item is shipped to you, it will be in excellent, or close to excellent condition. We will have a photograph of the item as it looked on the day we shipped it to you. We request that you return it to us in the same condition. Should the item be damaged or broken upon arrival here to us, you will be charged the full retail price for the item (as stated on the web page where item is located), and you will then own the item. It will be up to you to arrange for delivery of your item. REFUND OF CHARGE: We will refund you the money due to you upon receipt of your rental item. An email will be sent to the email address that you provide us with on the return form. AGREEMENT: By placing an order for our rental products, you automatically agree to the above terms.
